A place to enjoy golf and the beach.
Located in Costa Ballena, a well looked-after natural resort in which you will find a lake, long footpaths, shopping areas, the beach, golf and everything you need to enjoy your time to the utmost.
Situated just a hundred yards from the beach and next to the golf course, the apartment comes completely furnished. You will have your own private underground parking space, connected by lift to every floor of the building. The small complex provides a shared swimming pool and gardened areas.
The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 storey high building, it has 2 excellent private terraces. The first is ideal for breakfast or dinner and the second, a roof top terrace, is perfect for sunbathing or barbecues.
It has two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is complete with two single beds. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob, washing machine, microwaves, refrigerator, etc. Lounge with satellite TV, dining table and chairs, cabinet and a great sofa bed, very useful if an additional bed is needed.
The place is very well looked-after. You can enjoy walking or cycling in a totally natural site. To the west, at three minutes walking distance from the building, there is a big lake with bridges and benches to sit and benefit of peace and tranquillity.
If you want to practice your swing, at no more than five minutes to the east you will find the magnificent 18-hole golf course specially designed by Jose Maria Olazábal.
The site is surrounded with supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Costa Ballena is located in the province of Cadiz, between the towns of Rota and Chipiona. The easiest way to get there is by car. However, there's a regular coach service from the main cities and surrounding towns.
Driving from Jerez or El Puerto de Santa Maria, you should head to Rota and, before entering the town, carry on towards Costa Ballena or Chipiona. You'll find the entrance to Costa Ballena a few minutes later on your left-hand side. It's very well sign-posted.

Costa Ballena is located in the province of Cadiz, famous for its wines (amongst the world's oldest), its Cartujan horses (origin of the reputable Spanish breed), and its exquisite cuisine. This land is also the cradle of the purest and richest folklore of the Mediterranean, the flamenco.
It is close to quite interesting villages and cities: Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar. A bit longer is Seville (1 hour driving) or Cadiz.
