Full description: A luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with both covered and open terraces with superb sea views. Located in a small complex of only twenty-six apartments with gardens and pool area. The apartment is beautiful and has everything for a superb holiday. Apart from the property having two, south facing terraces with excellent sea views, there is an excellent outdoor pool, within lawned gardens, for use by residents only and has security gates with key supplied. The property is literally two minutes leisurely walk from the heart of Benalmadena Pueblo one of the most attractive “White Villages” on the Costa del Sol. The town itself has many bars and excellent restaurants with the added advantage of being only five minutes by taxi to the main beaches and the award winning Marina at Benalmadena, with its luxury bars, restaurants, night-clubs. It takes less time to reach the bustle of Arroyo de la Miel which is full of English and Spanish bars and plenty of ethnic and Spanish restaurants plus a great shopping centre. Arroyo also provides a chair lift to the mountain tops and a newly constructed Sea-World. In addition there is a regular bus service to all the coastal resorts and in Arroyo you can take the RENFE coastal railway, which travels every 20 minutes from 6AM until midnight, between Fuengirola and Malaga City stopping at every seaside town. All the above on the doorstep but visitors find the Pueblo so attractive that they are happy to spend many evenings in the local tapas bars and restaurants or drinking in the beautiful Spanish squares.

Clients are met at Malaga International Airport between the hours of 9AM and 8PM.
Those clients wishing to utilise the £100 per week car rental option are met on arrival at Malaga Airport, with the rental car, and chauffeured to the apartment at the end of their stay they are collected and chauffeured direct to the departure lounge at Malaga airport.. A private lock-up garage is included in the rental price with lift directly to the apartment this garage option is offered to clients with their own car or wishing to rent independently.
We are happy to provide a list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues, night time horse racing, and trips for your information while staying in the apartment. In addition to the DVD library there is an excellent choice of quality paperbacks always available and an extensive selection of board games are provided though experience has shown that very few guests spend evenings in with all the bars’ and bistros’ only three minutes walk into the old town and, ten minutes away, the hectic night life of Benalmadena Marina.
There are literally hundreds of rental properties available on the Costa del Sol but it would be difficult to find a property of this quality combined with absolute cleanliness and assistance and advice only a phone call away.
Facilities: Best quality bed linen and towels,air-conditioning and warm air heating throughout, a fully equipped modern kitchen,washing machine,Plasma TV, Plasma Fire, Satellite Television with all the main UK channels, Radio and DVD with clients offered a full length film for each night of their stay. Sun loungers,h air dryers, ironing facilities are all provided. The apartment has a private lock-up garage with direct access by lift to the apartment.
