A rural Spanish farmhouse (cortijo) with a spacious apartment available to rent as a holiday home in the Sierra Nevada National Park, above the white village of Capileira, Las Alpujarras, Spain.
Whatever leisure pursuits you enjoy, whether it’s walking holidays, mountain biking, bird watching, horse riding, or even if you simply want to chill-out in glorious surroundings, Cortijo Cañada del Reguero is the perfect place for you.
With breathtaking views of the spectacular Poqueira Valley and the Sierra de Lujar, Cortijo Cañada del Reguero makes an ideal base from which to explore Las Alpujarras, an area of outstanding beauty.
From the Cortijo you can see the Mediterranean coast and, on a clear day the mountains of Morocco!
The picturesque whitewashed village of Capileira, with its restaurants, bars and shops is a leisurely 20-minute walk.
From your door you can wander to the deserted village of Cebadilla or venture to the peak of Mulhacén, the highest peak in Spain. The location is ideal for anybody wanting to enjoy a mountain holiday in the wonderful Sierra Nevada, Spain.
The Cortijo's spacious 2 bedroom apartment has its own terrace and is available to rent as a holiday home. Guests have use of the large, solar heated pool (open May - September)and extensive gardens.
