The apartment sleeps 2 in 1 double bed, and there is the posibility of one extra person sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. Just 5 minutes from Barceloneta Beach, it is also next to the fresh produce market.
This is handy when you want to cook in the apartment’s fully equipped a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster. There is air conditioning and heating for the cooler winter months. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
There is a CD player and TV.

The Barceloneta metro is only a block away and in 2 stops you are already in Plaza Catalunya, where Las Ramblas begin. It also takes you to Passeig de Gràcia which is the home to two important Gaudi buildings.
These two areas are packed with shopping, bars and restaurants. |

Barceloneta was traditionally where the fishermen resided, as the myriad of restaurants serving up the city’s freshest seafood can testify. Stroll along the Marina and have a meal al fresco at one of the numerous restaurants along this picturesque promenade. Or head up the beachfront towards the twin skyscrapers and have a meal or cocktail at the chic Shoko restaurant/bar as you gaze upon the Mediterranean.
Important: The full length of your stay is to be paid in CASH on arrival.

You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure, if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry.
The apartment is available on a daily rental basis for 100,00 Euros per day. |
