A beautiful villa with superb views over the hills and backdrop of Moraira.The villa is in an ideal situation being close to the old fishing town of Moraira the premier holiday resort of the Costa Blanca and with beaches,supermarkets,golf,bars,restaurants and shops nearby.The villa is situated in a spacious and well stocked mature garden including orange and lemon trees and palms.There is ample terracing around the large private pool and plenty of room for BBQ and "al fresco" dining.The spacious villa was rcently refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms and is fitted and furnished to the highest standard sleeping 10 people(plus cots) comfortably.There are 5 bedrooms 2 doubles,1 with ensuite bathroom and 1 with ensuite shower room also 3 twin bedrooms plus full bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower soom and separate toilet downstairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge/freezer and fan assisted oven and hob. |
