The villa is surrounded by a well established, mature traditional spanish garden which boasts colourful flowers, palm, olive,lemon and almond trees and a lovely, soft, green lawn. Walking distance of 2 local bars/restaurants and supermarket. 15 mins walk to light house and 2 additional restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Javea Alrenal beach and bars and restaurants. Much quieter coves 5 mins drive away, Granadella, La barocca and Ambolo. 2 golf courses 10 - 15 mins drive.

Large mature gardens, There is a large, private swimming pool with a surrounding area for sun loungers and chairs which is a real sun trap. The swimming pool can easily seen from the villa. There is also an private upper sun terrace with sea views from where Ibiza can be seen on clear days.
