Casa Maravilla was completed in 2004. It is a beautiful four bedroom family villa set on the Cumbre Del Sol in Benitachell nestled between Moraira and Javea. A modern four bedroom villa designed for family use with a 10 x 5 metre heated pool with roman steps. It is south facing ensuring maximum exposure to the sun, although even in August the hottest month there can still be a gentle cool sea breeze. The terrace provides ample shade as does the rear of the villa.
The large terrace area with outdoor barbecue is immediately adjacent to the kitchen for ease of use. There are four bedrooms: two doubles with superking size beds and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, and a large dressing area with exceptional wardrobe space and has a TV with SKY. The bedroom opens on to a generous terrace. All bedrooms are on the upper floor and guests will enjoy the spaciousness of each room. The villa also provides two shower rooms with toilet. The lounge and dining area is open plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and dishwasher. The lounge has TV, video, selection of videos and DVD player and satellite TV which offers access to all major British terrestial channels as well as a Sky family package. Guests from France, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain will also enjoy access to national television channels. There is also a CD player with a selection of CD's and some games. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and a drying area outside. The terrace has a covered area ideal for outdoor dining which is next to the kitchen and barbecue area. A burglar alarm system is installed. The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower. Sun loungers are provided. There is a car port in the drive to shade the car from the sun. There are two secluded beaches nearby with beach restaurant and bar. The Pepe La Sal supermarket it a short drive within the Cumbre and there is a restaurant and bar adjacent. There is a shopping complex with 40 units and this is includes the Shan Hai Chinese restuarant, a Tapas bar, an Irish Pub,a bar and restaurant, and a more formal restaurant and is within easy walking distance of the villa. There is also a bakery and a bank.
