This pretty, conveniently located, two floor holiday home is set within a secret-garden style community behind large wooden security doors. The lawns, flower beds and trees of the gardens, the attractively shaped shallow children's pool and the larger adults' pool are all shared with the few other houses within the secure complex. The house has it's own private paved garden for sunbathing, games and BBQs and a small balcony off the main bedroom, overlooking the pools and garden. Step outside 'Residencial Arenal' and you are surrounded by shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Arenal Park and the lovely sandy Arenal beach and facilities. In fact, all you need for a perfect holiday is on your doorstep. No driving for the whole of your holiday unless you want to and the ability to email all your family and friends with a 'wish you were here'!! As a bonus feature we have an American Microsoft Xbox system with 4 hand units and 12 of the best games. Lazydays is within a few minutes walk of the lovely safe sandy beach of Javea. Residential Arenal is considered the nicest and most conveniently located complex on the Arenal. This area has everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday especially for the driver in the family. The near perfect holiday town of Javea is situated on the most easterly tip of Spain and is said to be the first place the sun kisses awake each morning. The variety of sandy beaches and rocky coves for swimming and sea sports, as well as a restaurant for every day of the year means there is always something to do and somewhere to go. Javea is also within easy reach of many other holiday attractions such as theme parks, water parks, sea-world, science museums, safari parks and golf courses. |

The large double reception area has a sitting area with cable TV that includes BBC1, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky One, Sky Movies, BBC Prime etc. there is a computer and a Microsoft X-box set-up with games. In the dining area there is a table and 6 chairs for indoor eating. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a kingsize bed. It has double doors leading to a small balcony and from here you can see the swimming pools and garden and sunsets over Montgo. Next door there is a twin bedded room. A large full bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation. Downstairs in the double reception room is a sofa bed and a downstairs cloakroom. Through the arch of the reception room one can see the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen has an outside utility area with washing machine. In the paved area is a garden shed with instant gas BBQ, sun beds and garden table and chairs. there is a clothes line. The allocated covered parking space is within the secure gated complex in an easily accessible position. |

The sleeping accommodation Although this house only has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, the accomodation is flexible. We have a single put-u-up that will go in the twin-bedded room if 3 children all want to sleep together upstairs. There is a double sofa bed downstairs for a couple. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. But please there should be a maximum of 6 people altogether.
The wonderful pools The lovely landscaped pools are so convenient just outside ones own garden gate. No lifts or stairs to worry about. The gardens are great to lie out and sunbathe and one does not have to carry the sunbeds up and down stairs. It is all on one's doorstep and makes the holiday so easy, convenient and relaxing. Then when the sun goes down one can pop out and walk round the corner to a choice of value restaurants or stroll along the arenal beach where all the action is. Drinking is fine because there is no driving!
Out and about in Javea The charming town of Javea/Xabia lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are washed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coast. Javea has a fascinating historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas. Search the narrow streets to find cafes, bars and restaurants or go down to the port and buy fish direct from the boats to come back and BBQ.
