Stunning panoramic mountain and sea views. Very quiet location just above the village of Ador, near Gandia, nestling in the foothills, with a lovely view to the sea, which is about 12mins. drive away. (Car recommended, ask for links to airport rentals cars are as little as £65/week). This holiday retreat is very spacious, and completely separate, consisting of lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, three huge bedrooms sleeps six. (Sorry, larger parties not catered for.) This is the ideal spot to relax, just lazing by the pool, or take a drive into bustling Gandia, or go to the fabulous blue flag beaches. Many mountain walks or places to cycle. Suitable for families or couples wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday. Gandia has more places to eat per mile than almost anywhere in Europe. Perhaps more importantly it also boasts some of the longest and widest unspoilt beaches imaginable. Gandia is stated by The World Health Organisation as being the healthiest place in Europe.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, sofa and TV/DVD, 2nd bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds. All nicely furnished with solid antique pine.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, bidet and toilet.
Kitchen: Fully equiped kitchen diner with granite worktops, full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all utensils/crockery.
Living Rooms: Lounge with dining table, 3 seater leather settee & recliner + rocking chair, coffee table, satellite TV with DVD.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen provided each week, more often if required by arrangement. Cleaning fortnightly.

Bars, restaurants, banks, shops, post office, medical centre and emergency room, are all to be found in the village.
Local Area Details: The area is blessed with a choice of 'Blue Flag' beaches all safe, clean and suitable for all yet only 10/15 mins. travelling.
Set above the orange groves in the foothills overlooking the med' this provides for a discerning 'Real Spanish Holiday' yet in an area with lots of things to do should you so choose. It's up to YOU
You can try your hand at all types of water sports from swimming, sail boarding, surfing, jet skiing, you can even fish in our adjacent river! There are two championship golf courses nearby, one designed by Seve Ballosteros, several tennis clubs, sailing clubs and marinas, go karting, riding etc. Why not take a walk amongst the orange groves, or climb the nearby mountains. Less than 1 hour away is one of Spain?s most popular theme parks Terra Mitica, similar to a Disney Park. There are alternatives such as Safari and Water parks all conveniently placed for you and easily accessed by Motorway.
You could choose to visit one of several sunshine resorts within a few minutes drive all with wonderful 'Blue Flag' beaches, bars and resturants.
There are many fiestas held throughout the area and with 32 towns and villages within the La Safor region you can always be sure to find a fiesta or two at any given time of the year. You can even pay a short visit to the Balearic Islands (Ibezia/Mallorca) with sailings from nearby Denia.
There is a wide choice of supermarkets catering for the most discerning and with fish counters you won't believe. Try cooking them on our barbecue, delicious!!
Eating out is most reasonable with lunch costing 7-10 euros per person on The Menu of The Day (Menu del Dia) and say 10-15 euros per person for an evening meal. Wine is very cheap and is often the same price as bottled water and produced locally.
