Casa Maria is situated in a cul-d-sac with the fabulous back drop, to the North, of the `Montgo' mountain in Javea (Xabia) The property is in a select area with three restaurants within walking distance.
On the South-facing front of the villa, steps lead from an open terrace with sun canopies to the swimming pool boasting Roman style steps and under water lighting. A private sun bathing terrace plus a well positioned `Casita' (summer kitchen) with sun canopy; comprising of BBQ, fridge, sink etc. to one end of the pool and an outside shower and bar to the other. |

Casa Maria is on two levels, internally comprises of an `L' shaped glazed naya to the front & West side, a large dining room, lounge with wood burner, a well equiped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Two double and a twin bedroom plus two bathroom/shower toilet/bidet. At the rear of the property is a pool/snooker room. On the upper floor is a spacious master en-suite and a futher twin room. Two bedrooms are air conditionedand three have ceiling/mobile fans. The villa has gas central heating for the winter months.The lounge has a colour TV, DVD player,CD/Cassette/radio. The villa has a security alarm. |

Javea is a popular holiday resort and the old town has maintained it's whitewashed buildings and narrow streets; comined with the nightly fish market in the port, Javea reflects an unspoilt part of Spain. The long and safe Arenal beach has a promenade fringed with bars, restaurants and shops. At night craft stalls are set up and there are children's amusements. Later in the evening some of the bars becone discos. There are two superb golf courses within 1.5Km from the villa, the area is magnificent for walking and there is a wide variety of water sports available. |
