The villa is a private home, and furnished comfortably. This villa has been Decorated and furnished to a very good standard including fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and tiled light floors etc.
Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for privacy. The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a terrace area with comfortable sun lounges and eating area with a built in BBQ.
The garden has mature palms and gravel and other terraced areas.

The master bedroom has an en-suite, shower room and views over the pool area. The room is a good size and airy with fitted wardrobes and a Double bed.
The villa has 3 more double rooms all with twin and double beds
Bed 2 is a good size room with twin beds.
Bed 3 is also a twin bed room with built in wardrobes.
bed 4 has a double bed with a door leading to the pool terraceand out side seating area.
There is a Family shower room with w/c ect adjacent to these rooms.
This is a lovely pretty villa and has everything that you could need for a family holiday.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts and golf courses all within a short drive. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea is approximately a 5 to 10 min drive away.

Javeas blue flag beach where the shore gently slopes into the warm sea. The promenade has a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants providing a variety of food to suit all tastes. During the evening in the Summer months, you will find a various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts.
Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques for those that like to dance the night away.
There are also several scenic coves nearby. Grandella , with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkelling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo.
Activities. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who dont want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
