Fantastic sea views from this lovely 2 bedroom villa with a brand new private pool. The villa is set in a quiet residential area of Javea located close to restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts .It has a marvelous terrace with a great sea view.
There is ample terracing around the new pool which has numerous loungers and seating for outside relaxation and large barbeque area .this villa has all modern conveniences including fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine and TV.
To the front of the property there is ample parking.
Javea consists of rocky coves and sandy beaches, which are approximately 5 mins drive away .there is the historic port and old town which is well worth a visit there are a few golf courses in the area and a massive theme park and water park approx 45 mins away.
The accommodation consists of the following, all the living area is on one floor. The villa has been comfortably furnished, Lounge area with log burning fire with T/V and music center, from the hall is a separate dinning area.
This leading on to a modern kitchen, you then enter in to a closed in naya for outside eating with sea views, this leads down to the garden terrace .
2 good size bedrooms one with a double and one twin room .the family bath room has both bath and separate shower.
On the lower level is a wash room with washing machine.
The pool is surrounded by beautiful palms and pine trees.

Javeas blue flag beach where the shore gently slopes into the warm sea. The promenade has a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants providing a variety of food to suit all tastes. During the evening in the Summer months, you will find a various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts.
Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques for those that like to dance the night away.
There are also several scenic coves nearby. Grandella , with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkelling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo.
Activities. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who dont want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
