A lovely roomy villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and the bay of Javea. It is located close to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Tennis courts and Ambola Beach all from 10/25 minutes walk.
There are ample terraces some covered with sun loungers and seating for outside dining and relaxing.
The villa is nicely furnished and has been Refurbished to a High Standard, casa Bach has modern conveniences including, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, and Sky TV.
The garden is screened with walls and hedges for privacy. There is a 10mtr by 5mtr pool and B.Q area. The garden has many fruit trees including oranges. There is also a table tennis table in the garden. To the front of the property there is ample parking.
The accommodation consists of the following.
First floor. Lounge/diner, Bathroom, Kitchen, 1 double bed with wash basin and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds ,there is ample space for an extra bed if required.
A covered terrace lounge area from up stairs kitchen and a open terrace from lounge with External stairs leading to the swimming pool terrace,and another roof terrace.
On the Ground floor separate accomadation consisting of 5 Bedrooms (3 double & 2 twins each with 2 singles ), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen breakfast room.the kitchen has patio doors leading to the pool and terrace. The villa can be divided into 2 separate, units for privacy if required. with 3 private front doors.
The villa Bach is very Private with fencing all the way round, secure for young Children.

There are rocky coves and beaches close by and the main sandy beach Arenal is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area and a massive theme park approximately 40 mins away also worth a visit is the water park.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.

Activities. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who dont want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorms Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
