The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, utility room, lounge/dining room, three double bedrooms (sleeps 6 people), three bathrooms (2 of which are en suite), balcony, sun terrace, communal pool and gardens. The apartment enjoys views to the pool, the Montgo mountain and Cap San Antonio and is ideally located for easy access to all amenities. Parking is available outside this small complex of 26 apartments. Alternatively, as an optional extra, keep your vehicle cool in our secure private underground parking space.
First Floor
Twin Bedroom - with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawers. French doors to the sun terrace where you will find a patio table and chairs and sun loungers.

A Welcome Pack is also provided with the owners’ compliments.

Javea is situated in the Northern Costa Blanca and enjoys one of the best climates in the world according to the World Health Organisation. Enjoying a beautiful coastline and surrounded by vineyards, almond, lemon and orange groves, Javea encompasses three centres.
The Fisherman’s Port where the apartment is located is a ramble of whitewashed houses that sit snugly around the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean. A main avenue leads down to the seafront and is filled with tropical palms, beneath which locals and visitors can be found sitting and passing the time of day. The Port possesses an alluring charm that attracts many visitors to its pebbly beach, delightful restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques.
The Old Town is the original centre where you can wander endless narrow streets and discover something new around each corner. Built from original Tosca stone and rich in local history, the town retains a magical and timeless appeal. There is a weekly street market where you can purchase souvenirs and stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
The bustling Arenal area encompasses everything one would want with its blue flag sandy beach, calm waters, restaurants and bars and maintains a lively atmosphere all year round. The Arenal is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment or why not jump aboard the little road train the runs regularly between the Port and the Arenal!
