Tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your comfort, the villa lies on a quiet & peaceful development between Alcalali and Jalon where there are an good choice of excellent value restaurants. The Jalon Valley is famed for its excellent wines and is situated in one of Spain's most picturesque regions. There are some excellent bodegas where you can sample the local wines.
Air conditioning/central heating/ceiling fans and wood-burning fire for year-round comfort.
Outside there is a fully landscaped garden with palm trees and PERGOLA providing shade.
Private pool with steps to the shallower end. Paved and walled area around the pool with terrace for sunbathing. Selection of sun loungers & garden tables.
The coastal resorts of Moraira, Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea can be easily reached and have superb sand BEACHES or stunning ROCKY COVES ideal for snorkelling, diving and fishing.
The climate here is superb. On average, this region has 325 sunny days a year with the best all year round termperatures in spain: warm spring and autumn seasons, mild wintersand hot summers cooled by the gentle mountain breezes.

Changeover day: Saturdays in high season otherwise flexible. Arrival after 16.00 hrs and departure on last day by 10.00 hrs. Welcome pack available.
25% deposit required to secure booking. 10% required for early bookers. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100-200 (depending on occupancy) returnable security deposit is required at the time of the balance payment to cover damages/breakages etc.
