CASA VISTA is a recently constructed villa set within the beautiful Jalon valley.
The villa has been fully furnished throughout to a very high standard to ensure quality accommodation. It is ideally located for those who love to enjoy the full benefits of a private villa set within a natural area surrounded by vineyards and spectacular mountain ranges.
You can enjoy the many local Spanish towns and villages that offer a wide choice of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants.

suite bathroom and two twins bedrooms with separate family bathroom/shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with quality leather suite, satellite TV system, DVD and Video, and there is also a well equipped separate dining area.
You have a very large shaded naya (patio) which overlooks the crystal clear pool and terrace area, where you can relax with a good book and a glass or two of the locally produced wines. The clear blue pool has underwater lighting for those relaxing evening dips and offers excellent views across the valley and beyond to the mountains.
Everything you need for a quality relaxing holiday is supplied including all linen, hand and bath towels, sun loungers, poolside table, chairs, all you need to bring are your beach towels and plenty of sun cream!
The property is only 25-30 mins drive from the popular coastal resorts of OLIVA, DENIA, JAVEA, MORAIRA and CALPE, where you can enjoy all the hustle and bustle and variety of activities that they have to offer. Most beaches along the coast have received the prestigious European “Blue Flag” award for safety and cleanliness. There are many bars and restaurants offering top quality international cuisine.
For some great family days out you can visit the fabulous “AQUALANDIA” water Theme Park the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.
