CASA SILVIA is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom villa set in a private residential area of Moraira.This private and spacious villa is situated in its own grounds and is within easy walking distance of all the ammenities.There are a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from and the San Jaimie Golf Course is a 5mins drive away.
The villa has over 100 metres of terraces, an 8x4m pool with underwater lighting, a seperate barbacue area, a lovely covered naya (terrace) large and well maintained gardens.For the children there is a childs carousel and a large ping-pong table.
The interior is bright and spacious and consists of lounge with satellite T.V, seperate dining room, fully fitted modern kitchen.
Downstairs you have two large double bedrooms one with TV, a twin room, bath and shower room and seperate wc. and washbasin.
Upstairs is the master Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, satellite television and private furnished terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
