Accommodation:
Hall with large double wardrobe, where the iron, ironing board and hairdryer are stored.
Leading off the hall is the fully tiled bathroom with w.c., wash basin, full-size bath and shower.
The lounge/dining area has a double bed/settee, pine dining table with 4 chairs, pine chest of drawers, Colour TV with Sky satellite (all UK tv channels plus BBC radios 1 to 5), and a radio cassette player with CD.
The area off the lounge has a pine single bed with a second bed underneath that slides out to raise it to the same height as the other bed.
The kitchen area has built-in units, pots and pans, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, electric hob, and toaster. There's a pine cupboard containing crockery and cutlery.
The double patio doors lead to the sun terrace/balcony which has a patio table and chairs.
All linen and towels included. (Not beach towels).

Car Parking is free and easily available on a wide tree-lined avenue that is a cul de sac.
The apartment is a short walk from the sandy beach and wide promenade. The sun terrace offers views over the marina, the start of the 19 miles of leisure waterways lined with villas, harbour entrance channel, the sea and the Pyrenees.
