Outside utility area with water boiler and washing machine.
There is a downstairs shower/wc room.
Externally the property has a secured patio to the front overlooking the pool area with table,chairs, sun longers.

There are markets within the area daily with San Javier having both a weekday and Sunday market.
Of course there are several fantastic beaches offering a range of water sports from Pedaloes to Kite surfing!or for those that like to relax, beach front bars and restaurants serving a variety of menus from tapas to Burger King in the Dos Mares shopping complex! |
