This beautiful, modern, semi – detached Town house has three bedrooms, one double and two twin, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a kitchen. Leading out from the kitchen is a small patio area that contains a utility area housing a washing machine.
The rooftop of the house is a purpose built solarium for you to totally enjoy the beautifully sun filled days. All bedrooms and living areas have fan cooling systems and are fully furnished, for 6 people, to a high standard.
Bed linen and towels are provided for use within the house however beach towels are not provided.
Two large beautifully maintained pools, although not actually overlooked by the house, are available for your use at the rear of the property. British maintenance and homecare services are employed. They spotlessly clean the house and launder the bed linen prior to your arrival. They live permanently within easy reach of the complex.

The house is five minutes walk from the beautiful Mar Menor where all the beaches hold the coveted Blue Flag Award. The area is completely flat and ideal for walking, cycling, swimming, water sports and general healthy activities. |
