This well appointed ground floor Apartment is within a small privately owned development in the heart of Villaricos.
There is car parking at the front and rear of the complex. The complex benefits from two pools and large roof terraces with sea views. Our local English agent is on hand in the event of any problems. |

The Apartment is in the centre of this peaceful village, close to local amenities and mini-supermarkets. The sea front promenade is 100 metres from the front door. There are a number of local bars and restaurants.
For livelier nightlife, Garrucha (9km), Mojacar Playa (14km) and Vera (5km) are a short drive away
The area is served by a number of airports – the closest being Almeria (approx 1 hour away), Murcia – San Javier (Approx 2 hours) and Alicante (approx 2 hours). The flight time from most UK airports is about 2 hours. |

Parque Aquatico Waterpark is only 5 minutes drive away. In addition to the two sandy beaches within easy walking distance there are a number of beaches nearby (Vera, Mojacar Playa and San Juan de los Terreros). |
