House on Costa de la Luz Islantilla Spain: This 2 year old, 2 bed luxury townhouse is part of a small gated community on a large golfing complex. It has a large swimming pool and paddle tennis court. Less than one hours drive from Faro airport and only one hour to Seville. It comprises of a lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs there is a fully equipped bathroom and downstairs there is a toilet and shower room. The master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the driving range. The house is furnished to a high standard to make it feel like home and with everything you need for a wonderful holiday, including air con and heating in the lounge and bedrooms. The house is a 5 minute drive to the beach and commercial centre, where there are cafes, restaurants, a cinema and shops.
