The bungalow/apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds (plus an extra child-size folding bed).
There is an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator, electric oven and hobs, a washing machine and a microwave.
The living and dining areas contain two sofas, a dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player and a stereo. There are chairs and a table on the terrace, for outdoor dining.
The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but is only one mile away, so can easily be reached by foot or car. |

The apartment contains all you should need for a comfortable holiday. The huge shared community swimming pool is approx 200 metres away. Also there, you will find a paddling pool, a toddler play area. Tennis courts are available for a small charge. There is also a small supermarket (summer only) and bar / snack bar / restaurant by the pool. |

Access from the road is only by stairs. Therefore, unfortunately, this property is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Too numerous to mention. All you expect from a beach resort - jet skis, banana boat rides, pedaloes, etc. Dozens of bars and restaurants. Go Karts, bowling, countryside walks and historic towns to visit. Of course, the historic walled city of Peniscola and the famous Castle overlooking the sea. |
