New ex-show house in a private gated complex with own private parking. Luxury accommodation sleeping six people comfortably. Tastefully furnished and well equipped to a high standard. Fully air conditioned and heated. Outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The location is quiet with superb mountain views yet is within walking distance of a sandy beach with two bars that serve food on the shore. The house is 5 minutes from the town of Estepona with its 3km long tiled promenade and thriving port area with luxury marina and excellent restaurants of every kind. Local activities include horse riding at the world famous equestrian centre, diving, fishing, sailing, eleven golf courses within 30 minutes drive, a water theme park and Selwo Adventure Park. 15 minutes to the famous towns and marinas of Marbella and Puerto Banus. |

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.
Family bathroom with bath/shower over and wc.
Downstairs cloakroom with wc.
Fully equipped kitchen with Electric oven and hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hoover, mops etc in the utility room
Lounge dining room with Air Conditioning.
TV, Sky Satellite, DVD, Video, CD player.
Patio doors opening out onto south facing patio.
Sunny aspect all day with views over the gardens and pool.

All linen, except beach towels, and weekly cleaning is included in the rental price.
Towels and linen are changed weekly.
The house is cleaned before and after your visit.
Extra maid service can be organised if required.
We now have a travel cot and high chair. Any other equipment for small children, buggys etc can be hired from the management company. If you need to use the travel cot, please provide your own linen for it.
The house is naturally cool, but has air conditioning up and downstairs. There are also fans provided for those especially warm days. Heating for the cooler months, plenty of blankets and even hot water bottles for the chilly evenings in winter.
Pets may be accepted, please contact me with your requirements so we can discuss it.
No smoking inside the house please!
The pool is communal, but the majority of the houses are lived in by owners, so the usage is not as high as in a predominantly tourist resort.
There are lovely tropical/mediterranean gardens and a sun-terrace.
The house has an enclosed garden with barbecue, garden furniture for 6 and parasol.
The garden gate provides convenient access to the pool. |

The area is a paradise for golfers with its own Estepona Golf course, the nearby Duquesa course in addition to the dozen or so in the Marbella and Sotogrande areas (the famous international Valderrama, for example).
There are 20 golf courses within 20 minutes drive of the house.
The closest beach to the house is 800 metres, which takes roughly 15 minutes to walk to.
The Estepona coastline, shallow and sandy, extends over more than 21 km. Offering a succession of beaches with different degrees of usage and popularity according to the area.
The Rada Beach, located in front of town, has all services: restaurants, showers, lifeguards, etc. Awarded with the Blue Flag, it is the largest and most popular.
Malaga - 50 minutes drive away.
Gilbraltar - 30 minute drive away.
Car hire is recommended, if only to get from the airport, as the return taxi can cost more than the week's hire.
Marbella/Puerto Banus - 15 minutes drive away.
San Pedro - 10 minute drive away.
Estepona - 5 minute drive away.
Rhonda - 40 minute drive away.
Casares - 30 minute drive away.
Recreational pursuits include sailing, fishing and every imaginable type of watersport as well as hiking and horseback riding in the beautiful and open nature surrounding Estepona. The renowned Estepona Equestrian Centre and riding school is just down the road from the house and has English instructors.
