The house has a double and a twin bedroom upstairs with living room and bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs is the third bedroom, with a double and a single bed and en-suite shower and toilet. Access to the downstairs bedroom is not possible from inside upstairs and, we find, is useful for grandparents or older children. This bedroom leads out onto the patio and garden.
Upstairs there is also a conservatory leading out onto a south facing terrace with views across the village to the sea and the church in the town. On the terrace there is a built in barbeque in chimenea style |

There is a TV with cabled satellite including the main English chanels and Sky sports and news.
There is a DVD player and a hi-fi system, ideal for the hotter times of the day when we like to get the kids out of the sun for a while!
The kitchen has hob and oven and there is a microwave and a coffee maker.
There is a washing machine.
Feel free to eat any of the fruits that are ripe during your visit! |

A short walk will take you to the pool, supermarket, tennis club, bars and restaurants. Ten to fifteen minutes will take you to Burriana beach or the centre of town itself.
Nerja itself is a fantastic base for days out around Andalusia. |

Locally there is access to tennis, diving, horse riding etc. etc.. Further afield (1hr. 40min drive) sees you in the heart of the Sierra Nevada ski resort. |
