“Araucaria” is a fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury villa sitting in a private garden of around 1500 square metres with a large private pool. It is approximately 400 metres from the beach at Atalaya and the Atalaya Park Hotel with all its facilities.The villa, which is under an hour’s drive from Malaga airport, offers peaceful seclusion yet is only minutes by car from the attractions of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and the gastronomic mountain village of Benahavis.The spectacular city of Ronda and the renowned “pueblo blanco” of Casares are both within easy reach and for the more adventurous, the great Andalusian cities of Granada, Seville and Cadiz are around 2 hours away. Or if you prefer, you can leave the car in the garage and walk to the beach or many local shops and restaurants. There is also a regular bus service serving all points between Estepona and Marbella. For families with children, the garden offers a secure and enclosed play area. It should be noted also, that there is an excellent English speaking GP within a few minutes walk and an excellent paediatrician in nearby San Pedro. The interior is furnished to a very high standard, with a very large Living Room / Dining Room area and four large double/twin bedded bedrooms. Coverage of all non premium satellite TV and radio channels is provided with TVs in the living room, kitchen and one bedroom. The master bedroom has its own en suite facilities, whilst two further bedrooms share an en suite facility. In all, the three bathrooms provide 2 baths and 3 separate showers. The villa boasts a luxury kitchen with all facilities including a large double door fridge with “through door” ice and cold water. There is also a dining area.
