The Amuley Mar complex was completed in Summer 2004. It is centrally located within Caleta de Fuste, being no more than a 5 minute walk from the shops, varied restuarants and the large man-made beach. The beach has been constructed to avoid currents and is therefore enjoyed by all ages. It is also the home of many watersports e.g. diving, windsurfing, jet ski's.
Our house is set out over three levels. On the top floor are two bedrooms (one double & one twin) with the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
The middle floor contains the main living area - the living room and kitchen. The living room contains a double sofa-bed, TV, CD player, DVD player and a selction of games. The kitchen has a microwave, 4 ring hob, toaster etc. It also has patio doors which open into the private patio area and then onwards to the communal garden and pool.
The bottom floor of the house contains the third bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also a garage if you hire a car and explore the many wonderful sights of the island. |

Caleta boasts two crazy golf courses. For those who take their golf a little more seriously, it also has a Championship golf course which held the Spanish Open in 2004. The golf course has an academy as well for those who want practice!
There are a wide variety of watersports available (for example diving, windsurfing, surfing and jet ski's) plus boat trips. Our extra-special resident Harvey can also be found in the harbour and awaits your visit!
The large horseshoe-shaped beach is a must for long lazy days. Many sports can be enjoyed on the beach and you will find volleyball courts and football pitches ready and waiting.
The restaurants are varied and will suit all tastes from those that want to blend with the locals to those who fancy fish and chips or a Sunday roast!
While Caleta has more than enough to keep everyone busy, we do also suggest hiring a car and exploring inland, through the mountains and picturesque villages. From the landscapes of the mountains to the picturesque villages such as Pajara, there are many sights worth seeing. The zoo down the coast at La Lajita is also well worth a visit for those that enjoy zoo's. |
