This lovely 3 bed villa is an ideal base from which to enjoy this beautiful Island.
Villa Golf y Mar is located just 75 metres from the 18th tee at the renowned Fuerteventura Golf Resort (home of the 2004 Spanish Open)
The villa was completed early 2005 and offers all the comforts of home.
3 twin bedrooms - two on the upper floor with balconies offering sea views off the master bedroom, the other at the rear with mountain views. Further ground floor bedroom.
Two bath/shower rooms, one on the first floor and oneon the ground floor.
Large Open plan living/dining room with ample seating for 6/8 guests.
Well equipped kitchen.
Large terrace with dining furniture and barbecue overlooks the professionally landscaped private garden. Sun loungers are provided.
The Private Communal pool is only 50 metres from the front gate. There is an adult pool, plus shallower pool for younger guests. Sun loungers are also provided. |

All linen and towels are provided in the weekly charge (except beach towels).
For 2 week stays, mid week clean is provided free of charge.
Our local English Speaking Agent, Debbie from Homecare Fuerteventura is available to resolve any problems during your stay. She can also organise trips etc. Cot, buggy and hire chair available by prior arrangement (fee payable).
Villa Golf y Mar is a very short walk to the 5* Elba Golf Hotel. Guests at the villa may avail themselves of many of the facilities at the hotel, including gym, sauna, tennis (fee payable direct to hotel). |

The villa is located just 1.5 kms from the small resort of Caleta - lovely safe horsehoe shaped beach which is ideal for young families. The marina area at Caleta offers a wide variety of water sports including pedalo hire, jetski hire, catamaran hire, snorkelling, plus the opportunity to board one of the many boats which go out to the bay and dolphin spot!
The villa is just 1 km from the up market Atlantico Centre which houses a wide variety of good quality shops, plus a large supermarket stocking meat, fish, fresh vegetables etc.
There is a visitors pack in the villa providing details of the many attractions with the Island has to offer, including go karting, windsurf hire, water park, zoo, trips to Lanzarote, and Los Lobos (an uninhabited island which is protected by the Spanish Government) |
