Esmeralda is a brand new, privately owned, 2 bedroom, ground floor luxury apartment available for rental all year round. It has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
The apartment has a pool view and benefits from having large patio areas to the front and rear of the property. Both patio areas have lockable gates to give peace of mind to families with young children.
There is a communal pool, along with a children's pool, and the apartment is situated within a gated community making it an ideal holiday home.
Modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and extractor. There is also a kettle, toaster etc.
A separate utility area contains a washing machine, ironing board, iron, additional sink and clothes line.
The lounge is beautifully furnished and has two leather sofas, ceiling fan, 21" TV, DVD player and stereo CD player.
Patio doors open from the lounge on to the covered terrace. The patio overlooks the pool and has a table,chairs and sunloungers.
There are two comfortable, stylish double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, drawer units and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawer units, a safe, a hairdryer and a ceiling fan.
There is a facility to provide a fold up bed to accommodate a child under 5.
The bathroom comprises of bath, shower & wc with double doors leading to the utility area.
The apartment has a large patio area overlooking the pool, where there are table, chairs and sunloungers. There is a further patio area to the rear of the apartment with table, chairs and a barbecue.

Our management agents are fluent in both Spanish and English. The airport is only a ten minute drive and costs approximately 10€ by taxi.
There is a shared pool with separate childrens pool. There are a variety of friendly restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. The safe sandy beach is only a 10 minute walk.
Bus stop to other areas is only a 2 minute walk.
For larger groups we can arrange an additional apartment, on the same complex, subject to availability.

Fuerteventura Golf Club, home to the 2004 Spanish Open, is only a 5 minute drive away (approx 3 Euros by taxi). The course has 18 holes, with a par of 71, and wanders over streams and around lakes. The delightful climate throughout summer and winter means this exciting course can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Numerous watersports are available at the beach/harbour area.
