Villas San Blas comprises of twelve marvellous, grouped and independent brand new villas (approx. 300sqm), Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes.
The main celebration of the town of Tias is “La Candelaria”, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities.

Each Villa has three bedrooms (1 double, 2twin). The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area.
There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven.
Each Villa has a private swimming pool with fresh water, a fully furnished terrace or solarium, barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinning and a garden with Canarian flora and parking area. Each villa has a maximum capacity for 6 people.
The services that are offered are:
Breackfast served in the villa: 17Eur per person/day
Lunch or dinner served in the villa: from 20Eur.-per person/day
Treatments and massages are also possible to be provided in the villa.
