Villa Sueños is a beautiful, modern, semi-detached villa situated in the tranquil Los Claveles (spanish for 'Carnations) residential area of Playa Blanca. It has a fantastic private pool (solar heated in summer and electrically heated in winter) with stunning views from the south-facing terrace over the resort and the island of Fuerteventura. Perfect for discerning families and couples looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.
Your holiday home is equipped with a mixture of furniture made locally and the best of modern equipment and appliances.
It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full en-suite facilities and its own terrace, plus two further good-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The villa is large and has a wonderful sense of space but at the same time is welcoming and feels very private. It is not overlooked by any other properties from any direction.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and quality cookware and utensils. There is a comfortable and well-furnished lounge and dining room with large TV, full Satellite package, DVD and CD players (excellent selection of films and music provided).
The spacious terrace is provided with quality dining furniture, large parasol and six luxury sun loungers with mattresses. There are shutters to all windows with mosquito nets and the villa has two safes

Children welcome, long term renters welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm, not ideal for wheelchairs users.

Notes: The rental includes a maid service providing a weekly clean and linen change and sufficient towels provided for a mid-week change. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
A welcome pack of essentials to cover your arrival is provided for all guests e.g. water, milk, tea/coffee and a bottle of chilled sparkling wine!
The villa is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and free-standing fans in every bedroom.
For safety and security the villa is provided with two safes (one with large capacity), security shutters to all doors, smoke and carbon dioxide detector, standard detectors to two larger bedrooms, fire blanket and basic first-aid kit.
The large free-form swimming pool (9m x 5m) has clearly marked depths varying from 1.13m to 1.88m and is provided with two ladders and under-water lighting (on timer) and an emergency life saving ring.
There is a Weber BBQ located on the terrace and all tools are provided. Guests will need to purchase their own charcoal - widely available in local supermarkets.
Children's high chair and cot are provided at no extra charge.
Please supply your own cot linen, beach and pool towels.
We are very understanding about minor accidental breakages but we will charge for more significant damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings and appliances. The latter includes irresponsible use of self-tanning products etc. which are known to cause permanent staining to bedding, towels and bathroom fittings. All bookings made are subject automatically to this condition.
Please note that this is a No Smoking Villa.
Notes to the rental rates
PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR THE VILLA AND 2 PERSONS. PLEASE ADD £50 PER PERSON (ADULT or CHILD/BABY) PER WEEK EXTRA UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 IN TOTAL.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before departure. Payments not received by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation within 8 weeks attracts the following cancellation charges: 4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded; 2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded; less than 2 weeks - no refund. If you need to change your booking at any time we will do our utmost to help but this may not always be possible. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance and your passport numbers.
Bookings are normally from 2.00 pm Thursday to 10.00 am on the Thursday of departure. Although Thursday is normal changeover day other days will be considered.
WE CAN ARRANGE AN AIRPORT COLLECTION SERVICE that will take you and your party (up to 6 persons plus luggage) the 30 minutes drive to the villa. Car hire can also be arranged for collection at the airport on arrival or delivery to the villa at any time during your stay. Please enquire as to charges at time of booking.
