This private residence of 85 sqm consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 fully fitted bathroom, kitchen and living area. All of the rooms are furnished to a high standard, and each room has handmade Gebbah carpets. A further person can make use of the sofa in the lounge.
The building was established in 2002 and has been ready to rent since June 2002. The apartment is a great place to relax for families and for guests who like to stay in a high standard apartment in a silent resort. The apartment is located in a silent side road on the ground floor, and is ideal for handicapped guests who need wheelchair access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
The living area has satellite TV showing english channels as well as a stereo and video recorder & DVD player with english movies, books and games for all ages. Each room is equipped with a high standard bell / radio combination.
There is a view of the sea from the patio, which is equipped with wood furnitures.
Outside the property you will find a 100 sqm delightful rear garden with sub tropical plants and the large terrace with comfortable sun loungers. A garden wall encloses the entire property.
In front of the apartment you have a parking place to those of you who wish to hire a car during your stay. A playground is also available in front of the house which doesn't disturb the silence in any case. Our guests may use the pool and restaurant area of the tourist complex "Apartamentos Tuscan" which are located in a distance of 800m. You will get a permission upon request.
Linen and towels as well as beach towels are provided throughout your stay. Cleaning before as well as final cleaning are included.

The nightlife is excellent and varied, with a selection of restaurants in and around the Town Centre are just a short walk from your apartment.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
