The villa overlooks the Marina Rubicon, Lanzarote's most expensive Marina.
It is close to shops, restaurants, Playa Blanca Town and now even an Art Gallery.
The villa is in walking distance of Playa Dorada, a lovely yellow beach.
The villa is next to the 'walk' which takes you along the seafront to the town in one direction and better still the most scenic walk towards the Papagayo beaches...this is high and spectacular!!
The villa ia 100 metres from a car hire shop.
The villa is in an outstanding location overlooking from downstairs and up the Marina and Ocean. Fuerteventura is in clear wiew.
