The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with full hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer,toaster and kettle. A dining area and living area with TV/DVD and video, radio/CD-player, including a selection of DVD's, video's and CD's. Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. There is also a utility area with washing machine.
The first floor has a front bedroom overlookin the pool with double bed fitted wardrobes and TV/DVD and video and small verandah. The rear bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom comes with bath with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. A camp bed for a 5th occupant is available and there is also a travel cot for a baby(no bedding provided for cot).
Outside has enclosed patios front and rear with patio furniture, large shared pool with ajoining childrens pool. There is intercom entry and an underground parking space. |
