The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment is situated within the secure and private Ses Penyes Rotges complex which is located in South West Majorca and is just 20 minutes from Palma airport. The complex is set within Santa Ponsa's golf courses and boasts 2 large outdoor pools set within the beautiful gardens and a 25m indoor heated pool plus being only 5 minutes drive from beaches at Port Adriano and Santa Ponsa. 4 golf courses are within 15 minutes drive: Santa Ponsa, Bendinat, Poniente and Son Vida. Good restaurants and bars are 10 minutes away in Puerto Portals plus the use of a BBQ area beside the apartment pool. |

The nearest beach is 15 mins walk in El Toro which is a superb family beach. The beach is situated next to Port Adriano, where there are a couple of restaurants as well as a 5-star hotel. 5 mins away by car is a large sandy beach in the resort of Santa Ponsa as well as small beaches in coves along the coast.The apartment is in a fantastic location for golf in Majorca, which is famed for its excellent courses. With no less than 14 courses, 4 within a 15 minute drive, offering a variety of different challenges with some spectacular sea views. Clubs, trolleys, buggies etc can be hired at most courses.
10 mins away by car is a large sandy beach, next to the marina at Puerto Portals, where there are a variety of designer shops as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The beautiful cathedral city of Palma with its fabulous marina, designer shops, restaurants, bars and street cafes is only a 15 minute drive.
