Luxury villa (4-6 persons) with private swimming pool on the wonderful golf resort Mosa Trajectum on your doorstep! This new villa in the Costa Calida region of Spain, has two bedrooms, a sofa bed and two bathrooms.
Lounge: The living room is a light room containing a sofa bed and two armchairs, cable-TV, CD player, and doors which lead out to the large terrace with garden furniture, sunloungers and BBQ. Sit and dine in comfort in our modern, newly decorated lounge and diningroom.
Kitchen: The villa has a tastfully tiled kitchen, with all the accessories you will need to rustle up a traditional dish for family and friends. The kitchen has a fitted oven / hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom(s): Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. One bedroom comprise of a double bed, the other of two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom(s): Two fully tiled bathrooms. The one on the upper floor is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom is on the ground floor which is equipped with a wash basin, shower and toilet. Within this bathroom a washing machine is available. |

The golf course comprise a 27 holes Championship Course and a 9 holes Challenge Course. Further a golf academy is presence where lessons could be taken and even the golf certificate can be taken. By renting our villa you have the opportunity to rent a golf userright which entitles you to play golf on above mentioned golf course against a 80% reduced green fee.

Murcia is characterized by its old history of commerce and agriculture. Already its original inhabitants, Iberian tribes, established commercial relations with Phoenicians and Greeks. Later on it became first a Carthaginean colony, then a Roman colony. (Carthago Nova, today's Cartagena still reminds of that fact). The Moors established effective and modern agricultural production, which still today is an important economic factor, thanks to their advanced technologies. Of major touristical interest is of course the Mediterranean coastand the Costa Calida. |
